• Certification under Regulation 24-27 of the LODR as to compliance of corporate governance norms
• Signing of Annual Return Half yearly issue of certificate of Securities Transfers in Compliance with clause 49(1)(10) of the listing agreement
• Quarterly certificate of reconciliation of capital, updation of Register of Members, etc. as per the Securities & Exchange Board of India’s Circular D&CC/FITTC/Cir-16/2002 dated December 31, 2002.
• Certification as to compliance of the bonus shares issue guidelines of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines for submission to the SEBI.
• Certification on preferential issue / allotment of shares
• Certification of ROC e-forms
• Certification in further issue of shares, which is to be submitted along with the draft offer document to the SEBI for:

(a) all refund orders of the previous issues were despatched within the prescribed time and in the prescribed manner;

(b) all security certificates were despatched to the allottees within the prescribed time and in the prescribed manner;

(c) the securities were listed on the Stock Exchanges as specified in the offer documents.
